Privacy Policy
Effective June 27, 2026.
What we collect
Account information (name, email, organization), workspace content you send (messages, attachments, meeting transcripts when consent is granted), and operational logs (IP address, user agent, request metadata) needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide DAIN Intelligence features: collaboration, DAIN-assisted summaries and structured analysis, regulated record management, electronic signatures, audit trails, and inspector-grade exports. We do not sell personal data and do not use customer content to train third-party DAIN models.
Legal bases (GDPR)
Performance of contract for service delivery, legitimate interest for security and product analytics, and consent where explicitly required (e.g. meeting transcription).
Retention
Workspace content is retained for the lifetime of the subscription. Audit logs and signed records are retained according to the customer's configured retention policy and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, and may be subject to legal hold. Backups follow the underlying provider's policy.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your personal data by emailing privacy@mydain.ai. For workspace content controlled by your organization, requests are routed to your organization's admin.
International transfers
Service infrastructure is operated by Cloudflare and Supabase (AWS). Data may be processed in regions supported by those providers. Standard Contractual Clauses are used where required.
Children
DAIN Intelligence is a business product and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
Material changes will be announced in-app and via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
